Hello again everyone. The long hot Japanese summer is over and we are now entering the cool autumn season. A lot of people think this is one of the nicest seasons in Japan. Certainly it's a time for pleasant weather and good food.

Today I want to introduce you to one of our newest products here at ExseedJapan. We have recently begun to stock beautifully crafted Zen silverware by Daisuke Yamashita, an artist from Ishikawa Prefecture who works with silver.

This is the Nohmen tiepin. It features the image of the Zouonna from the Noh theater of Japan. I think most people with an interest in Japan have at least heard of Noh theater, but not everyone is familiar with the character types that appear in it. The zouonna is the image of a powerful goddess. It is a symbol of strength and might. These are the characteristics that our artist Daisuke Yamashita has sought to transfer to this tiepin. The wearer of the Nohmen tiepin can maybe assume these qualities onto themself. We at ExseedJapan recommend this piece of modern Japanese design for the individual of confidence and taste. Japanese Illumination

I introduce japanese Illumination of Japanese artist to you.

Enjoy three different kinds of illumination - the warm light shining through the wood, the light reflecting off the wood and the light spilling through the spaces between the slats. The Komorebi is made from strips of beechwood only half a milimeter thick, using 28 strips in the finished product. With hints of a Japanese folding fan, the mood of this piece changes as twilight descends.

Hello. This is Atsushi Nomura

How are people getting along?

I went to bread shop. Near my home.

There was bread of various types in shop.

Cream type, Chocolate　type, wrap type...many types.

Wow!

I found unique bread.

It was bread of "Anpanman"

Do you know Anpanman?

It is Anpanman,a character of animation.

I bought a bread of Anpanman, and return to my home, I gave my daughter it.

I am glad when I watch the face which a daughter is pleased with.

An event of Kanazawa Japan

Hello This is Atsushi Nomura.

It is blog after a long absence.

I went to an event of Kanazawa.

Name of an event is "Hyakumangoku-matsuri".

Hyakumangoku-matsuri is a classic festival.

Kanazawa had a king called Maeda in old days.

Maeda built a castle in Kanazawa to let Kanazawa prosper.

When a castle was completed, he came to Kanazawa with many retainers.

This festival reproduced a state of the march.

This classic festival becomes the 56th.

It is more fronts when I am born.

I was able to enjoy it very much once a year.

I will update blog frequently in future.

It is the aloha shirt which it used cloth of a kimono for.
